All credit card and direct debit information is managed confidentially through Pinch. Credit card numbers are secured in a vault and never shown. Pinch integrates with the major Australian banks to ensure safe and secure transactions.

- Enter your name, email and create a password.
- Once submitted, you’ll be asked to login to your Zoho Books account.
- When connected, Pinch will sync contacts and invoices.
- Use Zoho Books as you usually do to raise invoices.
- If you void an invoice in the accounting system, Pinch will instantly know and will not attempt a payment.
- Manage the customer payment settings in Pinch where you get create payment plans, get customer approval for recurring payments, choose payment methods and to on-charge fees.
