How Pinch and Xero
work together

Pinch works with Xero to make it easier for your customers to pay you. We help by attaching an easy pay now link to Xero invoices as well as offering you a pre-approval service so you can add Xero Direct Debit payments to your accounts receivables mix. And our direct debit works with both credit cards and bank transfer, giving your customers complete payment flexibility.

Get paid in a Pinch

Add a link to your Xero invoices and let us process the payment through our gateway, update the payment status in Xero and reconcile with your bank statement.

You can accept payments from all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Australian bank accounts.

Collect recurring payments

Your customers can now be automatically debited on the invoice due date thanks to Pinch pre-approvals. These work for any amount and any frequency of payment on both credit card payments and bank transfer. All payments are reconciled automatically with your bank account. You can even control the transfer fee.

Easy reconciliation

No more manually reconciling your bank statement with payments received from gateways not integrated with Xero. Reconciliation is as easy as a single click whether we are settling 1 or 100 payments to your account. Your accountant will love you.

Instalment payments

Give your customer the option to break down an existing invoice into instalment plans. You can create as many plans as you like and can tell us to automatically work out the amount to charge based on common percentages such as 50/25/25. 

You can also create more advanced payment plans such as offering a free period or recurring payment frequencies.

Batch payments

The best app for Xero batch payments. When your customer clicks on the Pinch pay now page we will automatically scan Xero for any other open invoice for that customer. We'll then present your customer with an option to pay off any of the other invoices as a batch payment with one single payment.
