Payment timings

These payment timings apply to the major Australian banks. Businesses who have an account with smaller regional banks may experience 1-2 business day delays. Also note that public holidays will cause an additional delay in settlements if the public holiday applies to NSW.

Credit Cards

Payments are captured immediately. The funds will arrive in the merchant account 2 business days after the transaction date.

Direct Debit

Payments are captured on the next business day after the transaction date. The funds will arrive in the merchant account 4 business days after the transaction date depending on your bank.
