Recurring payments

If your wholesale company issues regular invoices to customers then recurring payments are ideal. Set customers up on a flexible Direct Debit meaning each time you raise an invoice you know it will get paid on the due date.

Volume Discounts

Pinch is great value for any wholesaler, but if you are looking to process more than $100,000 per month there are volume discounts on offer.

If you process more than $250,000 per month you can also split the cost of the transaction fee between you and your client.

When you link Pinch to your accounting software, invoice payments are recorded and adjusted for Pinch fees. All payments are settled in bulk and will match your bank feed, meaning just one-click to reconcile each day. 

Batch Payments

When you send an invoice to a customer, Pinch automatically detects if they have other open invoices.

Turned on by default for every wholesaler, we show your customer all of the open invoices they have straight from Xero and give them the option to make payment on any or all of them right at the checkout page.

Breakdown invoices

Do your clients sometimes ask to pay invoices in instalments? No worries with Pinch, that is handled easily and fully reconciled into Xero.

You can choose to breakdown any invoice into manageable instalments. You build the schedule of payments and you can easily give your customer a range of options depending on the value of the invoice.
